From humble beginnings to Hella Latin@

I was blown away when I first heard Odalys Jasmine Garcia Arce share her story on her podcast, Hella Latin@. She's a first-gen Hondureña, and the youngest of 8 siblings, whose family struggled with homelessness when she was younger. She has shared the love and joy, but also the challenges of her upbringing and that time in her life. It's Jasmine's perspective on her upbringing and her journey to becoming who she is today and fully living her purpose that has inspired me the most. She's on a mission to represent the underrepresented and create spaces for the Latina/o/x community to learn, grow and thrive. And I'm here 👏🏽for👏🏽all 👏🏽of 👏🏽 it. We had a real, honest conversation about our culture and community, Latinx upbringings, self-love, self-care, and how to uncover what's deep inside to own who you are and who you're meant to be.
